This was my first time trying out Shamrock burgers. I ordered a poutine on DoorDash, a regular poutine, which I thought when I got here it was full of bacon and onions, and whatever else I don’t even eat pork, I don’t necessarily think it was a restaurant fault, but it needs to be changed on DoorDash because this is an upset and DoorDash does not return even close to the amount of money you paid for this order to be delivered to your house so now not only am I out money but I’m also here with no food.

Forget Johnny's or Real McCoy cause Shamrock Burgers puts them all to shame. It's truly in my opinion, the best burger place in Scarborough. The burger toppings are better and I can't even tell you how amazing the onion rings are! Thanks for the free side of fries

Shamrock Burgers provides all the vibes of a bygone era. We have a tradition that every St Patrick's Day we head there hoping to see the end of the rainbow but settle for the complimentary Shamrock shake.
The fries are generous and just like I like'em. Once a year I allow myself to indulge in some onion rings and Shamrock is the spot.
Check out this spot before heading to Adams Park or Rouge beach.

Dropped by Shamrock Burgers in Scarborough before a visit to the Toronto Zoo (only about 8 minutes away) and was pleasantly surprised! I tried the Lucky Mountie and the Farmhouse burger — both were really flavourful and quite filling.

The spot itself has a couple of seats inside, good for grabbing a bite with a small group. It’s not a huge dine-in space, but it works well for a casual, quick meal. Overall, a solid local burger joint worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Shamrock Burgers, located in the Highland Creek neighbourhood of Scarborough, has been around since 1970, feeding generations of customers. It's one of those rare family-owned businesses that has enjoyed much success over the years. They have a rich history of sponsoring local sports teams.

There's nothing fancy about this place. It's just warm and comforting, making customers feel very welcomed. In addition to their cozy dining room, there are a couple of picnic tables nestled under the trees outside.

I've dined here a few times over the years and the food has been good. This time around, it was REALLY GOOD!

I had their Canadiana Burger, a huge towering delicious mess, stuffed with BBQ pulled pork, peameal bacon, side bacon, and poutine, all on top of a beef patty in a great bun! It was impossible to get my mouth around this monster!

We also had their Bacon Hot Dog, with a very generous amount of bacon, their Waffle Fries Poutine, delicious Onion Rings, and more! Their Cookies & Cream Shake was an awesome finish to a great meal!

If you like good food, check out this place. Cheers to their continued success!

I've been a few times now. I've tried their burgers and the chicken burgers. There's a large variety of toppings to choose from. I love that you can build your own burger. The onion rings are enormous albeit they can be a little greasy. if you're wanting the perfect hangover cure, this is definitely the spot. The new crispy chicken burger was really good and the hunk of meat was sizeable. There's a reason why they're a Scarborough staple.

Update. Today I tried a deluxe poutine. This thing was enormous. It was full of fries, jalapenos, mushrooms, onions and bacon. It tasted phenomenal. The homemade gravy was delicious. If highly recommend this poutine

Tried their new burger the big shamrock Burger . Their version of a big Mac. This burger comes with cheese, special sauce, lettuce and can be customized with additional toppings of your choice. It was enormous! Best tasting burger I've had yet

We were starving and this place was recommended so decided to stop in. Initially I was disappointed as I thought the place could be a bit more put together to have a nicer ambiance to sit down and eat, but hey when you are hungry you just put up with it. We both ordered burgers and fries as well as a milkshake. All very good, so I would recommend the food. Also when we were there the place was super busy, so that must be a good sign, no?

Anytime we are in the Highland Park/Port Union area of Scarborough, we always make it a point to stop into Shamrock Burgers. It has been a family favourite for a few years. What is awesome about Shamrock Burgers is that the food is always consistent. The meat always fresh, juicy and flavourful, and the fries and onion rings are always cooked to perfection. The kids love their milkshakes too! Like most great burger joints you have many options for dressing your burger as well as a few Shamrock Signature Burgers as well as beef, chicken, Beyond and Veggie burger options. I love their hand cut fries and always get them with a side of gravy. The onions rings are home made and always crispy, and we always get an order of their waffle style fries as well. Give Shamrock Burgers a try, I'm sure you will love them too.

Sure, it's the pandemic so I wanted to make an order and pick it up. I phoned but no one answered - too busy? So I had to jump through all the hoops and order on line. The order app they use is cumbersome but I got through it, payed by VISA and even left a 20% tip. I'd had their burgers before so I expected this time would be at least good. What a disappointment. I picked the order up promptly so it wasn't sitting around for too long, and it was all ready for me when I arrived. I immediately took it home. The grease from the burgers made the buns all soggy, although the burgers tasted ok. The sweet potato fries weren't crisp or hot and they were all stuck together. The onion rings were awful. While we were eating this, I wondered why I even left a tip on the on-line order. I wish I hadn't - in fact I wish I didn't even order from Shamrock at all. This place used to be a great local burger joint who was involved in the community. Now it's trying to be upscale and it's not worth the money. Two burgers, sweet potato fries, onion rings (plus 20% tip) with tax came to $43.69 - I won't be back and I don't recommend this place at all. The confirmation email that I received says that if I have any questions about my order, to call them on the phone. It would be really helpful if you would answer your phone! When I picked up my order there were two girls working there and I was the only customer in the store. Very bad experience.
