Sam was scheduled to do a full vent duct cleaning through the whole house. From the beginning and throughout the entire process he was unbelievably friendly and professional. He walked me through the cleaning techniques and was even kind to my overbearing puppy. The job was done thoroughly and the house smells new/fresh. He made everything easy; I recommend this business to anyone who wants technicians that are reliable and efficient.

Punctual, great communication and fairly priced. Sam installed metal vent covers on my home to protect from bird and bat intrusion. Shane has kept me in the loop throughout the ordering process. I appreciate the veteran owned aspect and would recommend their services over other companies I’ve used in the past.

From the very start of speaking with Shane on the phone to the actual service yesterday by Sam This is a five-star company. Shane spent a lot of time with me on the phone giving me details of the process and educating me about duct cleaning. Sam came out and did the duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning service. He was knowledgeable, polite, and honest! Thank you for the impeccable service Ventprevent!
