The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all AMAZING!!! I loved the polite greeting (like genuinely) and kindness since the moment I walked in. The receptionist is so sweet and patient with the patients! As well as the nurse and doctor, super kind, attentive, quick, and efficient. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Came here last night, and I can't rave enough about this place. The remodel first and foremost is so gorgeous and beautiful. The ambiance and aura of the place is so calming, soothing and truly inviting. The receptionist that assisted us last night (around 8pm 6/26/26) was truly the kindest and most lovely person ever. I was not well at all and she was very patient and mindful of my state and did not show any signs of bother. She showed a genuine desire to make sure I was taken care of and did everything in her hands to make sure the paperwork was a smooth transition for me. From there, the Dr that saw me truly showed so much compassion and empathy. In the past I've dealt with doctors that are so cutthroat and can be very dismissive, insensitive and see every patient like a checkbox they need to tick... that wasn't the case in this one. Dr was very transparent, LISTENED to every concern, issue and need I had, and was truly attentive to ensure I was taken care of while also being very objective and assertive when applicable to my situation. Truly we need more doctors like them in this world, full of patience, compassion and genuine care. The medication I was given was such a God sent and I am so much better now (in the past in other facilities they prescribe me medication that is more counterintuitive and makes things even worse). Guaranteed, will be recommending this place. If it was an option, my rating would be 10/5 stars across the board in EVERYTHING! Thank you truly. May you all be forever blessed.

Mederi Urgent Care is truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Loved how fast I was seen.

Susana was incredibly attentive and welcoming from the start, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. She saw my pain ans immediately got a wheel chair. Graham, demonstrated exceptional bedside manner. His attentiveness, compassion, and reassuring presence helped ease my pain and made a significant difference in my visit.

Emily, the P.A was exceptional. She immediately made me feel comfortable, took charge of my care with confidence, and thoroughly addressed my concerns. Her recommendations were thoughtful, and her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire appointment.

The entire team exceeded my expectations. Their compassion, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care are truly commendable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking high-quality medical care delivered with genuine kindness and professionalism.

Very welcoming Urgent Care, they help you through the check in process very respectful. I took my daughter she wasn’t well and came here, Emily PA helped us and gave antibiotics and it helped my daughter get better. Emily PA listened through it all and was so sweet and very kind. This is be for sure my go to Urgent Care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
