The quality of the work was outstanding. The crew handled everything with great attention to detail, including lawn care, planting, trimming, and overall landscape design. I was especially impressed by how neat and beautiful the final result looked. The plants, grass, and decorative elements were arranged perfectly, completely improving the appearance of the property.

Another thing I appreciated was the professionalism and organization shown throughout the project. The workers arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, and kept the area clean during and after the work. They also communicated regularly about the progress and made sure all my questions were answered properly.

We’ve had the pleasure Northpoint Land Construction building a retaining wall and paver section at our home the last couple weeks. I can’t say enough good things about this company, their employees and their customer centric quality driven attitude and performance. This project started out on the right foot with the owner Richie Morales showing up when he said he would to look at the job and then getting me a quote within a couple of days. It just got better from there. They showed up to start the project when they said they would, and worked on it every day until it was done. They did a spectacular job. Everything was done with quality in mind. They cleaned up after themselves moving dirt around, grading it out and leaving our place looking like somebody really cared a lot about what they were doing. They’re a first class outfit, in every way and I can’t recommend them enough. I’m sure we will have them back in the future for other hardscape projects.

I have worked with Richie and his crew for 5 plus years. They have high professional standards, they are reliable and they are the best in the business. They can handle any project including landscape design, excavation, retaining wall installs and more! For high end custom homes. There is no team I’d rather work with.

North Point is the best landscape company I’ve worked with. Richie is professional, honest, creative and responsive. His crew reflects those traits, works hard and always cleans up after themselves. I highly recommend North Point.

North Point is the best landscaping company in the Spokane/CDA area! Richie is so great to work with, their entire time is well mannered, has great attention to detail, and work extremely hard. They communicate through the whole project and do outstanding work. If something goes wrong, they always make it right. We couldn’t be more happy with how our project turned out!
