Overall Impression: The experience was average. Satisfactory in most aspects, though it did not stand out in any particular way.
Beverage Feedback: Mango Sticky Rice Tea. Visitors may want to approach the new menu item with caution unless they are familiar with the flavor profile. The taste differed from expectations, delivering a strong, singular mango flavor rather than the anticipated blend.
Bubble Tea Experience: While the effort to use eco-friendly paper straws is appreciated, the practical application presented some challenges. The straws tended to soften over time, and the tight lid design restricted the flow of the boba pearls.
Facility Observations: The waste disposal station included options for compost and recycling, but lacked a designated bin for general waste, which posed a minor inconvenience given that some items provided were neither recyclable nor compostable.

My partner and I dropped by here on a whim when we were looking for food before attending a concert nearby. Ordering was super easy and food was prepared efficiently. Staff is great too. The only downside is that there weren't any availability seats so we had to walk to a general dining area several doors down to eat our lunch.
We didn't drive here but from just watching from our table while we were eating, parking was hectic. So be prepared to wait a while for an open spot or take public transit.

Vietnamese food in a modern presentation and built for the masses. And the flavors were good, of course. A bit overpriced but it is Palo Alto.

It's closer to Southeast Asian or, more specifically, Vietnamese food. Their most popular item, "Workout" (six-spiced chicken) tastes lemony, but lightly salted and sweetened. Pretty good, but not something memorable. The food is fresh though, and the portion is just about right for a small person. Very affordable prices at $15 and above per box. Available for to go or dine in. Very nice outdoor seating. There's a big table inside as well. Water provided, which is another plus. I will try their curry chicken next time I stop by. Overall, it's a very affordable and decent place in an expensive neighborhood.

Stopped in for a later lunch the other day. I had the sweet and spicy chicken and a shrimp spring roll. If you want a quick eat that's healthier than fast food, this is a good option.
