Lance was friendly, detail-oriented but flexible, and explained everything thoroughly. Having sample materials on hand at the office helped us make choices. Domingo, Brady, and Jon were diligent, friendly workers, very careful and skillful in all they did, starting early each day. Kurt was a helpful supervisor. The crew installed all our bird feeders on the new railing with padding to ensure no metal-on-metal scratching. We have never seen any other deck-building project in Lincoln that included a port-a-potty for its workers! We are very pleased with the appearance of our new deck, and would recommend Black Label Built for any building project.

We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and installation of Templar Wind Screens for our deck! From the selection to the installation, everyone at Black Label was extremely professional and respectful. As a homebuilder, we dealt with the owner of Black Label, Lance Roach, for many years on numerous projects. He has our utmost respect and trust. The installers Nick Hemeway and Aidan Ziller were wonderful to work along with Mike and Kurt were very helpful in understanding the operation of the remote-controlled screens. The screens not only provide much needed protection from the wind but also help with shading and privacy. We highly recommend Black Label Deck and Outdoor Living!!

We recently had our deck redone with Black Label Built, and our experience with them was great! From the beginning to the end of the project, everyone was very professional and worked hard to get our deck done right. Once the project started, their team was very efficient.
