Even though I had doubts at the beginning, I can confidently say that I had a very positive experience throughout the entire process of building our kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms.

Betty, the manager at the Kitchener location, has an incredible amount of patience and truly goes above and beyond to satisfy all your needs. She was attentive, responsive, and committed to making sure everything was done right.

The teams installing the cabinets and countertops were highly professional and respectful of the agreed deadlines. Their workmanship and organization made the process smooth and stress-free.

If I ever need to renovate again, I would absolutely choose them without hesitation. I highly recommend them to everyone as I am very detail-oriented and particular, so being this satisfied says a lot. I am extremely happy with the final result! Thank you!

The cabinets look good and feel sturdy. The quality is solid for the price, and the style fits well with my space. I did have an issue after installation, but the company followed up with me promptly and made sure everything was taken care of. I edited my review based on the follow-up. I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to help.

My experience so far has been good. They sell nice quality cabinets (at what I feel are reasonably priced). I've placed my order for bathroom vanity with countertop and linen tower.

I been buying kitchen cabinets as well as bathroom vanities from cozy home on Victoria st in Kitchener for years now, cabinets are great quality, if cabinets have slight damages on them they replace them right away. i will continue doing business with cozy home. thanks to Betty at cozy home I am able to complete all my projects with no problems at all.
