I don't believe this location even deserves half a star. I have been there twice, once for dine-in, and once for take out. Both times service was beyond slow, I was waiting at the hostess stand for at least 10 minutes before being seat and then got a plate with hair on it. When I was getting take out all I could hear was the manager yelling at the staff ridiculously loud. It was so bad I felt horrible for the poor take out girl who looked mortified. Overall, this location sucks.

We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the food and table service we receive at this location. The staff is prompt and friendly and we really enjoy the comfortable seating and hospitality of the servers in the bar area at the front of the restaurant!

I decided to have lunch here today inbetween meetings. I am a big Swiss Chalet fan because I love the salad dressing. Unfortunately their speed of service was not great. I stood at the hostess stand for close to 5 minutes waiting for someone to seat me and then I waited close to 5 minutes again for someone to come greet me and take my order. Really not a huge deal but being that it is lunch time and people need to get back to work they should have been quicker.
At least my salad was great!
