I have gone often for take-out.
The staff behind the counter are always wonderful.
Actually I met the Manager who has been at this location for years and is a hard working and decent family man.
This location is largely a take out and it is too bad sometimes the tables are not cleaned quickly.
But the food i get is excellent and so is the cleanliness i see behind the counter.

i orderd food today and it was delivered to me within 20 minutes, fresh and hot unlike other swish chalets ive ordered from . thank you for the great work !

Ordered their chicken spring rolls quite a few times. 2 nice size rolls filled with chicken. Ordered online and received 3 large spring rolls...though wow bonus! Had company over, raved about the spring rolls so I ordered 6 entrees and 2 orders of spring rolls. Received order and I had 4 tiny spring rolls with hardly ANY chicken...basically over priced...over cooked vegetable spring rolls. Very disappointed.

This location just west of Bathurst on Eglinton is called Swiss Chalet Express. It is close to my house so we decided to stop in for dinner. We placed our order and planned to dine in. As we walked to the dining area we were horrified to see that almost every table was dirty..dirty dishes everywhere! We took the only clean table and sat down. I was starving! The food was delish but I will never sit down to dinner there again. Delivery please!

That's pretty disgusting. Let's hope the food prep area and the kitchen are in better shape - othewise no dine in or delivery for me!

It was a Friday night... maybe they didn't have enough staff..everyone was in the kitchen cooking with one person taking orders...and she was the one who came to clean the other tables while we were eating..needless to say..all of the tables were dirty except ours.

ya you gotta wonder what practices they execute behind the counters ;-) i would just turn around and leave ... gross ... ba-bye
