3pm on a Sunday-Apparently no "adult Supervision", no experience in customer service, no ability to garner a tip. Teen staff hanging out, rolling their eyes if a customer places an order. Oh my...you may have to get off your behind. some of these people are 1 step away from a future filled with the benefits of being on welfare for the rest of their lives. If I owned the place I'd get on it or sell quick. Someone in Management is not telling you the truth or is asleep at the switch!

3:19pm on a Sunday afternoon: very slow - no other customers in site. A bunch of kids that work there sitting around who can't be bothered with customers. hmmmmmm the words no work ethic, no "adult" supervision and utterly rude are not enough to describe the experience. I won't be back. These kids have no idea how to get a tip and are one step away from a welfare lifestyle well into their 40's if they don't wake up and smell the coffee. Who's watching...if I owned the place I'd be on it or sell quick.

We order from Swiss Chalet all the time. Our regular store was closed and tried to get delivery from another store 6 km away. They said they couldn't change the store for delivery. What crap is that. Are they not trying to get business instead of driving it away.
I'm done with a business that doesn't think the customer is important.

I dont like eating a baked potato without sour cream and I dont like to eat bread without butter....I asked specifically for these things and they didnt give them to me at take out. Now this mght not seem like a big deal but it wrecked our meal. We specifically dont eat at this swiss chalet because they give the smallest pieces of chicken. The one on 24 iss where we go. Anyways I will stop going here again because this isnt the first time ive had bad service. I took a break from ordering from here because of a rude manager at the window/ long wait times and thought I would try them again tonight. Screwed up again. I wonder if they know why restaurants go bankrupt.

Swiss Chalet Dundas Rd Cambridge Ontario -
For the 2nd time our family has had severe stomach upset with this restaurant. Bad diarrhea, vomiting and so on ... Lost several nights sleep tending to kids and worrying if this is e-coli or some other pathogen. The first time I thought it might be a coincidence but now with this second bout - I am certain that it is related to the food at this restaurant. From what I have read on this site and on the web in general this seems to be a common theme with this food chain.

uhoh. I wouldn't risk it again. Happening once could be a coincidence, twice though... I wouldn't be running back there anytime soon. Improper food handling can cause harmful bacteria very easily. Especially when working with poultry, and can be very dangerous! Salmonella poisoning!!
