I ordered a quarter chicken, extra crispy and lots of skin. Not only did they do that, but they were very polite and delivery was
very fast. Delivery man was a gentleman :)

Have gone there twice in last few months. We had to wipe down our table ourself and wait 10 mins just for someone to come to our table. Very very slow service. No drink refills. Will not go back.

Called to place an order.....they are too busy to deliver.
I love Swiss Chalet but that is a turn off. If I wanted to pick it up I would have gone there for dinner.

Ordered dinner and took an hour for delivery. Dinner was cold
when received. The food was good but had to microwave.

Horrible delivery service. Tried it twice and they always get it wrong. First time got single leg chicken instead of double leg dinner and last time they forgot the dessert. Cold food and always late. Go elsewhere for delivery.

I went to this place about a week ago. I was tired, I was grumpy, and I just wanted some good food and FAST! When I arrived, I thought "O Gee, They look so busy, I'm never going to get any food!" but the service at Swiss Chalet on Hespeler Rd in Cambridge was excellent! My server treated me well, it was fast, and the food was excellent! I look forward to dining there many more times to come!
