My family went to Swiss Chalet on Fairway Rd last night before we were to go to a movie. We sat down at 8 pm in a booth near the front door, after 10 minutes a young guy came to take our drink orders. 10 minutes later our waitress asked us if we would like any drinks before our meal? Obviously not paying attention to our drinks in front of us. We gave our meal order, it took until 9 pm to receive our food and it was cold!! When we told the waitress. she said it was fine!!! We talked to the manager, a sloppily dressed man, he said then why did you eat any of the food? What a disappointment, and waste of money and time!

I went here looking for a quick bite to eat. Next thing you know I'm being ushered to a booth, with a knife, fork, and spoon, condiments all off to one side, little napkin, and now I'm sitting there. I waited 15 minutes just to get some food! Hey, if I wanted something fancy, I woulda gone to Denny's! Just gimme my chicken already!

i had dry chicken take out, i call it in, was told i will get another ,on my next visit after my complain proven to true by lady that took call, but when i try collect, the guy manenger went hiding peeping to see if i had gone as i caught him he said he looking for name.it just dont worth it i just forget it.never went back.

I have a family of 4 and we saw 4 other tables who got there after we did get served. 45 min and nothing. By now the children are becoming cranky. Oops, there was a mix up in the kitchen. That I understand, but when I talk to the manager he is a total jerk and when we said we were leaving and not going to pay for what we already receaved(a chocolate milk and some pop) he freaked. So I gave that petty as***le the cash and left.
NEVER GO THERE! If I could remember his name it would be all over this review. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
