I have been going to the Tim Hortons on St. Laurent just about every day for the last 10 years. Going through the drive through is a hassle because first, it takes them a good 2 minutes to take my order when I get to the intercom. I have to say hello a good two or three times before they acknowledge my car there. Second, I cannot order anything other than coffee because if I order anything else they order is never correct. Then I end up driving all the way back from my home to get the order that I asked for. Half the time I am not able to go back because I am on my way to work or school. Now I have resorted to checking my order at the drive thru everytime before I leave. I should not have to do this every time. It's come to the point I even sip my coffee before I leave because a lot of the time their coffee is burnt and there are coffee beans in it.

Since all of this I refuse to use the drive thru. Only now, when I make my order inside the service is slow, the employees are rude, and still they get 85% of my orders wrong. On busy days after I have ordered I wait so long that 2 line ups of new people have passed before I get what I ordered. Even after waiting for that long the order is STILL incorrect. When I order food I always ask for combos and I pay the extra for it but because I get no receipt they use the same line to me and say you never asked for that. When clearly I asked for the combo during my order more than once.

I will no longer be going to this Tim hortons.

We were served in a timely fashion.
Store was clean as were the bathrooms.
