My family had been experiencing several months of medical respiratory issues that kept reoccurring. We tried everything. It had been several years, but we finally focused on the HVAC system. We called Dirty Ducts & they came out very quickly. The team did an incredible job cleaning, repairing, and treating the entire system. The photos & parts we were shown said it all. We were breathing very toxic air through the system. Since then, no coughing, no respiratory issues at all.
The Dirty Ducts team was professional, thorough, communicated in detail, & very pleasant. Thank you to Byron, Gage & Josh for a job very well done!

I recently hired them to clean the whole ductwork of my house which was made in 1951 and renovated in 2020. I observed their work, took videos of it and watched them as they ran antimicrobial cleaner through my ducks, and also sealed many of them with a white paste. On all, I’m extremely happy with the service and they cleaned about 15 ducks in my home that have not been touched since 1951. My family is hoping that this is going to lead to clean air quality.

Would really set these guys apart though was there attention to detail, their service, in their joy. Well, I was the one who had to ask questions. They answered all my questions in alleviated all my concerns. I was also present during the whole time which I think helped as I work from home.

I would highly recommend the service. For the price, the quality of work, and the level of effort I believe I got a great deal.

The duct covers were taken down and they took all pulling chains down and did not replace them , they did not sanitize they just clean covers with water and that’s it , they did not like me asking questions about what they were doing but Michael their worker was really helpful and answered my questions , it was 55 per per duct but later on on the website it said 450 for up to 10 ducts but saw it too late so paid 500 for 9 , seems like job was rushed but they did clean a part of the intake but had to clean myself with vacuum because not much was taken out they called was emailed and called that they would come and fix but never showed there is still some dust as you can see inside I hope they did clean ducts like they said

Over the past seven years, we have had anywhere from two to eight parrots living in our home (my husband and I rescue and rehabilitate these wonderful animals). Even though we use air filters and do our best to keep things clean, the presence of birds in our home resulted in a huge amount of dust and dander in the air. Recently it got to where several members of my family were waking up every morning with sinus congestion so we knew it was time to get our ducts cleaned.

We contacted Dirty Ducts and Ray got back with us right away. Fortunately he was able to fit us in the next day. We were super impressed with his careful attention to detail and his diligence with cleaning up behind himself as he went along. I think our ducts were a lot dirtier than he had expected, so the job took longer than he had planned. Despite that Ray took his time and made sure we were satisfied before he left.

Since having our ducts cleaned we've had a couple of follow up questions and he has been quick to get back with us and to take care of things. We definitely feel that hiring Dirty Ducts was money well spent and we will use them again in the future.
