My journey with Deck It actually started a few years ago when I first began exploring the project with George. He was gracious, thoughtful, and patient from day one, which made a lasting impression. From design through completion, I had the pleasure of working with Glen, Tom (PM), Gage, and Chauncey, and every member of the team demonstrated professionalism and pride in their work.

We hired Deck It in the fall of 2025 to build a somewhat atypical deck on our house. This company is definitely the best in the business, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. The transition from estimation, to design, to project management was fairly smooth. I dealt with Matthew, Glenn, Brandon, and Alyssa through the estimate, project, closeout, and even a minor concern after, and each one was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Our particular project involved two existing sliding doors that connected via the deck and a structural roof support. After the deck was complete, they ended up replacing a soffit near the roof support that honestly looks better than it did prior to the project. Aside from that, the project execution was right on schedule and their crews actually worked over the weekend during the fall before a cold rainy period just so they could maintain schedule. A minor issue during construction was the dumpster subcontractor damaged an electrical outlet when pulling out the dumpster - and Deck it took responsibility and fixed it - well done! Finally, I want to say that this is a project that we wanted to do for several years and Deck It, while maybe not the least expensive, was able to work with us to design the size of deck we wanted for a reasonable price. One final plus - we had a minor issue with the railing in the spring and upon contacting them, they came out and addressed it within a couple of weeks while staying in communication.

Overall - these folks really are the best in the business and I am very pleased with the work and service. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to anybody!

When we bought our home, we fell in love with our backyard. It has since become one of our favorite parts of our property, but there was something keeping us from enjoying it to it's fullest: the tiny, splintering wooden deck.

After living with this challenge for a decade, we called DeckIt and we're so glad we did. From the first outreach George was prompt and responsive. He arrived on-time for our estimate appointment and gave us a clear and fair estimate for our project.

We appreciated that DeckIt has an architect on staff who drew up plans for our new, expanded deck and enjoyed visiting the showroom to make final selections about decking materials and colors.

Our project manager Brandon and his team were courteous and hardworking. When a problem arose with the build, Brandon, George, and Glenn went above-and-beyond to resolve things and ensure we were satisfied with the solution. They handled every step of our deck build with professionalism and did phenomenal work.

Easy to work with and very professional.

Our porch fell due to an accident. They gave us a reasonable and competitive quote and were patient while we worked things out with our homeowners insurance. When the time came to build the porch, they finished the work quickly.

The team was very communicative and ensured all our questions were answered in a timely manner.
