Had a truck in an accident and Officer gave me the phone number and said they were in the area. Wanted $5K deposit before agreeing to come out. They put down a drum of oil dry and charged over 6K. Can't recommend predatory service company out to dupe trucking companies and drivers.

We had hired first call ENV. to help us in a accident and to transfer the fuel onside of the road. As the department wanted to have a professional company to handle since its a open top fuel transfer from damaged tanker to other tanker. for us they were there solved it all very efficiently. It took time but was worth spent.
I dealt with Mr. Wade super nice Humble person to work with and then Mr. Chuk took over since he is the NJ in-charge another great person.
for us it was like
FIRST CALL HANDLED IT ALL

Started the fuel cleanup process with them in August. We knew there was going to be some dwell time because of getting the permit. No problem at all. Long story short, fast forward to December they still hadn't even started any of the process. I told them to cancel immediately.
