Ozair came to our rescue, stalled inside the HOV lane of Hwy 404 one rainy night in late April. He was prompt, efficient, very friendly and accommodating to both me and my son. My car was parallel parked on a residential street where I was unable to identify the owners of the cars on either side and without two cars removed, my CAA towing operators were unable to move my car after experiencing starter problems. On the advice of the police, I used this towing company with specialized equipment and they were able to solve my problem - twice. The first was by Fatih who came, and after prepping the car, was able to start it. The second was by Salem who very efficiently towed the car from a tight spot on a busy Queen St while cars and streetcars waited. Both drivers were courteous, and skilled at their jobs. I would recommend this company again with confidence.
