Unfortunatly I cannot recommend this studio and business. I came in for a consultation and was quoted approximately $1,500 for extensions. While I understood this was an estimate, I was never informed during the appointment that the cost was increasing significantly. At the end of the service, I was presented with a bill of $2,300—an $800 increase from what I had budgeted based on the consultation.
My concern is not simply that the final price was higher, but that I was never given the opportunity to approve those additional costs as they were being added. Had I known the final price would exceed $2,000, I would have made a different decision.
Unfortunately, the final result has also been disappointing. The extension capsules are visible, there are areas with noticeable gaps and patches that were not adequately filled, and the extensions are extremely difficult to style because of the placement.
I came in with a sensitive medical hair situation and was relying on the stylist's expertise and recommendations which I feel were over promised and under delivered. I would have prefered honesty that what I was looking for what not possible with my hair condition or within my budget that I had given. Instead of feeling supported, I left feeling uncomfortable, disappointed, and frustrated with both the outcome and the communication throughout the process.
I reached out multiple times in an effort to discuss the situation and find a fair resolution, but I did not feel my concerns were adequately addressed, I was not given a fair solution and was left on "read"/not called back. I was also asked to pay through Zelle, which left me without the consumer protections that may have been available through a credit card dispute process.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

The first three pictures are from January the day I had the Nanoplastia done. Last picture is Three months later, several washes later blow dried and just curled at the tips. I am absolutely impressed and beyond grateful to Satis professionalism and results!! The last two pictures are of me with my hair in its untreated texture.

I finally decided to get hair extensions, and I’m so happy I found such a careful, skilled stylist. From the very beginning, everything was explained clearly - what length and density would suit me best and how to care for the extensions so they last beautifully. The color match is perfect: you genuinely can’t tell where my natural hair ends and the extensions begin. The blend is seamless and the volume looks very natural. The bonds are neat and completely invisible, and everything feels comfortable in everyday life. I’m absolutely in love with the result - hands down my best beauty upgrade! 💙
