Lisa was great! She made an exception for me to come in at 830 before they even opened and got me in and out quickly! Very smooth and easy. She was also very nice and friendly

I cannot thank Lisa Lee and The Genesis Shop enough for all their kindness, professionalism, and dedication throughout one of the most stressful processes my family has faced.

From the very beginning, Lisa went above and beyond to help us navigate complicated FBI fingerprinting and consular documentation issues with patience, compassion, and genuine care. She consistently took the time to answer questions, follow up on updates, and advocate for us when timing became critical.

What truly stood out was not only her professionalism, but her humanity. In a process where many people simply treat you like another case number, Lisa treated us with understanding and respect every step of the way.

The Genesis Shop is not just a fingerprinting service — they truly care about helping people through difficult situations.

I highly recommend Lisa Lee and The Genesis Shop to anyone needing fingerprinting, FBI submissions, or document-related services. Their customer service is exceptional, and their support made a huge difference for us.

Thank you again for everything.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Genesis Shop! Locally owned, setting the appointment online was seamless and they had so much availability. Lisa was warm, welcoming, and wonderful to work with. I needed my fingerprints as soon as possible and The Genesis Shop made that work for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their prints completed!

I was seen exactly at my appointment time. Lisa was thorough and pleasant to talk to. Price was fair and the product was perfect for what I needed. UPS would not have seen me as fast.
