I've been under Mehrbod's care for some time now, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He combines exceptional knowledge with genuine curiosity, compassion, and respect for his patients. He takes the time to listen, carefully assess what's happening, and explain his observations in a way that is both thoughtful and reassuring.

What has impressed me most is his patient-centred approach. I never feel rushed, and I always feel heard and respected. Over the course of treatment, I've experienced significant improvements in my overall health and well-being, and I'm deeply grateful for the care I've received.

If you're looking for an osteopath who is highly skilled, thoughtful, and truly invested in helping people heal, I would wholeheartedly recommend Mehrbod.

I am very grateful for finding Alexandra! I have had 3 treatments with her so far and I felt a difference after each one. I am myself an RmT with close to a decade of experience, so I have had my share of treatments and I have knowledge about body work. I can with all confidence say that Alexandra is amazing; she is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and gifted. I highly recommend her!

I have been having osteopathy consultations with Alexandra for years and always felt like it was helping me. Alexandra's gentle approach to osteopathy is truly remarkable. She has the ability to solve issues just as effectively as a physiotherapist, but with a much gentler touch.

She's not only skilled in her practice but also incredibly friendly, and professional. Her healing abilities are exceptional, and she has a way of making you feel comfortable and cared for during each session. Whether it's dealing with back pain, stress, or any other health issues, Alexandra has been a godsend.

I highly recommend booking an appointment with her if you're looking to treat your body to wellness through a gentle yet effective approach.

I saw Alexandra for a prolonged issue with my shoulder. She was a total professional, and after just two treatments she helped me with a mobility issue that so many other specialists could not alleviate. She was thorough, compassionate, and she really helped me better understand how soft tissue health affects the other parts of my body. I would definitely see her again - and I’m so thankful I can golf again this Summer!
