I needed a medical appointment with a USCIS approved doctor. I’ve booked an appointment for this place because it’s close to my house even though the website on uscis.gov was incorrect - I found the correct website and booked an appointment got here and the place is empty in the front door is locked. Waste of time I’m not even sure this is a real Doctor.

Came in to see Dr. Salvatore Degliuomini for an annual physical. Was kept waiting for an hour while patients who came in after me were seen. Left without seeing the doctor, so cannot speak to his medical abilities.

There is a lack of communication with the front desk but I’m NOT there for them I’m there to see Dr. Serge Now if you want top tier medical advice and want someone to truly give you definitive results. And results that work go to Dr. Serge. Boris is also TOP TIER these professionals have been in my family for over 20 years and I wouldn’t change them for the world.

The secretaries keep on placing me on hold. After 45 minutes on waiting on hold, they tell me that I still have to go. Instead of making me wait, they could have said that from the beginning. Their response is that there is only one secretary, which is unlikely. I always see about 3 ladies in the office.
Instead if placing people on hold, they should ask what I need first. My time is valuable too. Don't waste it.

Do not come here for a I-693 civil surgeon medical. The doctor here was completely and utterly incompetent. The office is dirty. After a very unsettling appointment we lost trust in the doctor and ending up taking the sealed packet to another civil surgeon. They reviewed it and said it was entirely invalid, missing many things and would have flat out been rejected. Despite knowing we needed a hep-b shot and the blood work also indicating low immunity the doctor refused to write w referral for one and saying any evidence of having the shot was not required. I would not recommend such a terrible doctors practice and will be reporting this doctor as running an I-693 racket. She didn’t even perform a basic medical exam. How appalling to provide incomplete medical papers and ruin people’s chances of obtaining a visa. I think it’s just disgusting.
