James is amazing! He listed my mother’s house. Multiple offers. She closed in less than 2 weeks with a nice cash offer. He was very responsive and answered all our questions. Perfect experience with WB Realty. James and Jocylyn are great to work with. We worked with them to buy our house and just recently sold our old house.

They were very patient with us as we went through many different houses before actually getting our dream house. It was very easy for us to make a strong connection with James right away.

Our house sold in a hurry. We had over a dozen showings and 5 offers within a couple days. It sold for much more than the listing price, so we were elated with the offer we received.

James Is the Best! I feel very fortunate to have worked with James to sell my home and purchase a new one. He is not only very knowledgeable and experienced, but personable, collaborative and very kind. Great Experience with James! I’m so happy that we chose James Sanchez as our realtor. We were selling our Townhome & there were many additional rules & regulations versus selling a home. James was so knowledgeable about this and was always available to answer our questions and walk us through the challenges (dealing with management companies, Association Bylaws, etc. ). James is also very knowledgeable about the current market.
