Dom is such a fabulous teacher! I love every single session we have together. She is patient with me and understood my learning disability immediately. Music was always something I loved but never pursued because I had negative experiences in band as a kid, but learning banjo with Dom has totally changed that.

I’m always so impressed with Dom’s musical talents and her shows and performances she does.

Long story short, Dom is the greatest and you should learn to play music with her ❤️

Ricky is an excellent teacher, easy to talk to, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable about music and drumming! I’d wanted to learn drums for a long time but always felt it might be out of reach for me. Lessons with Ricky are always fun, encouraging, and never intimidating, and I’ve noticed real progress in both my confidence and playing ability. I’d highly recommend Ricky to anyone interested in learning drums.

I am so happy my friend told me about this music school!! A place with people who are passionate about helping students to discover their passion and to grow as musicians!

The school also provides plenty of opportunities to perform and connect with other students, extra workshops…many resources!

Kyla, my drum teacher is cool, talented and encouraging! Teaching me the foundation with music I enjoy which keeps me excited to practice!

Teresa, my singing teacher, is amazing, fun, easy going, supportive. She’s teaching me to sing with ease and joy which is exactly what I want to learn!

Mojo and the rest of the staff are all very helpful!

I've been learning at horizon for a few months now, for private guitar lessons as well as joining a few of the jam sessions. I've looked so long to find a place where I can meet others to play guitar with that isn't super intimidating. Everyone i've met has been super welcoming.

This school has changed how I see the instrument, playing with others has taught me so much in a short amount of time. I definitely recommend horizon if you're a guitarist like myself who's been playing solo basically forever. It's been super fun.

Taking guitar lessons with Dom has been such a transformative and rewarding experience. Dom is able to personalize my lessons perfectly, tending to my specific learning style and musical interests. I always leave feeling so inspired and with exciting new knowledge. Music finally makes sense!!! I’m so lucky to have found the community at Horizon. The bluegrass jam’s are my highlight every month. I also had the chance to take a few voice lessons with Rocky this past year, whose specific feedback and encouragement brought my confidence and technique to the next level! Thank you Horizon!
