Brittany at Prime Storage was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, professional, patient, and made the entire process quick and easy. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. Great customer service like this is hard to find. Brittany definitely deserves 5 stars, and I highly recommend working with her if you need storage!

Do not rent from this company. They will take your money, overcharge you and then promise to refund you and never does. They hide behind their email and keeps deflecting the problem over to corporate. Not worth your time or money - they lie and cheat.

Not managed and understaffed (not staffed at all, actually). Dumpsters haven't been emptied in over a month. Look at the photo: mattress, old TV, and piles of trash. Good luck trying to get help - there is NEVER anyone working here. The nerve of them to raise prices. Might as well be a flea market.
