Mr. Greenberg epitomizes professionalism, compassion and ethical treatment of clients. He was the only attorney to meet me in person, listen to my story, accurately assess the situation, and give honest and accurate advice - ALL FOR FREE!!!

The other 2 attorneys that I contacted and talked to on the phone, immediately wanted me to pay them absurd sums of money. Mr. Greenberg was the only one who advised against upfront payment because he had a strong suspicion that the case would never be filed. And he was 100% correct!

Our family member got into trouble which may have very huge consequences on the immigration status. Since the outcome of this has a big impact on our family, we had to speak with multiple attorneys. We have had experience with a terrible attorney who promised a lot to get retained, but after getting the retaining fee he did not do what he promised, he did not fight hard and wanted us to accept the prosecutor’s first offer. As a result, the outcome was not anything better than what a public defender could have done for. So we are very careful this time.

Finally we decided to retain attorney Greenberg since we felt we could trust him. Attorney Greenberg said he would work on pre-filling: negotiate for a civil compromise and work with the DA for not filing the case.
