We’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Ross and the team at Nationwide Coils for about a year now, and I can say without hesitation they’ve been one of the most reliable vendors we’ve partnered with.

From a quality standpoint, every coil we’ve received has met or exceeded OEM standards. That consistency matters to us, especially when we’re dealing with tight timelines and high expectations on our projects. It’s one thing to deliver a good product once, but they’ve done it over and over again without missing a beat.

Where they really separate themselves, though, is in how they handle urgency. There have been multiple situations where we were up against the wall, and their team stepped in with expedited options and got us what we needed faster than we expected. That kind of responsiveness has directly helped us keep projects on track and take care of our customers when it counts most.

Communication has also been solid across the board. Ross is straightforward, easy to work with, and always keeps things moving. There’s no chasing, no guessing, no overpromising, just clear answers and follow-through.

Out of all the vendors we work with, Nationwide Coils has earned a spot as one of our top-tier partners. They’ve proven themselves not just in the quality of their product, but in the way they support us as a customer. That goes a long way in this industry.

Appreciate everything Ross and the team do. Looking forward to continuing to work together. Highly recommend.

We have worked with Ross at Nationwide Coils for well over a decade & they have 100% of the time exceeded our expectations. The quality is just as good if not better than OEM in every case we've come across. The expediting shipping options that they provide have bailed us out of a few emergencies over the years as well. Of all our vendors we utilize over the course of business, Nationwide Coils is definitely one of our top rated vendors that we rely on. Thank you Ross & your team for everything you do for all of us!!!

I work in a school district that has four buildings. We’ve been using nation Wide Coils for over 15 years their commitment to fabrication is superior. It doesn’t feel like you’re dealing with a big company. The one on one personalization is incredible. The turnaround time on COIL’s for any application Heat or AC is phenomenal and most importantly for school districts and municipalities and even private entities that have to work within a budget. Their prices are the best! i’d also like to mention you don’t have to worry about equipment that is as old as the hills which is the CASE in a lot of older buildings that are probably discontinued and You can’t get parts for them anymore. They come out and measure everything and they make it perfect every time. No need to worry. For any technician that’s been in this situation. It’s a no-brainer. Best prices incredible fabrication time and not have to worry about doing a ton of fabrication to try to make something fit. It’s all done for you. Take it apart. Put it in. Go home jobs done!!!

Steve helped me from start to finish with a large coil order for a restaurant group. His coils came perfect with correct sizing and configuration and the quick ship option he provided made for minimal downtime to customer. Highly recommend and will use in future whenever I have a coil issue!
