Definitely recommend this storage facility. New owners and they definitely care about the customers. The property manager Randi was so helpful with everything.

Randibeth is incredible! I have so much peace of mind storing here with how secure the property is. The 5x15 unit is perfect for the extra items cluttering up my garage. The drive from Trumbull is a breeze.

Wonderful place! I typically don't do reviews but I couldn't help it with this place. Randibeth was awesome! I rented a storage unit this weekend and she really did make it a smooth process. Moving can be stressful and she made it easier. She didn't move my stuff but definitely made me laugh. Thank you for your help! I got moved in and love the easy access. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Randi at the new and improved Dallas Secure storage company. The assistance I received was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the rental process clearly, and made everything smooth and stress-free. The customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated how attentive and accommodating the team was. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable storage and excellent service.
