This is a very competent company with honest, hard workers and their leadership team, including the front office lady are exceptional. They have fair and transparent pricing, and we continue to use them as we limp along until we absolutely have to replace the roof. They haven't been pushy, but straight forward, and they come right out to help and make any small repairs to extend our current roof life a little bit. This last time out they actually walked the entire roof and you could tell they were trying to help beyond just the area that had the small leak. (By contrast, a different company claiming five stars wanted to replace a third of our roof a while back instead of just making a small repair).

A01 has partnered with us from the beginning. We all agree we need a new roof soon, but they were willing to look at other solutions as long as the repairs were manageable so that we were not throwing good money after bad. We knew this recent repair was a very small job and we knew some rain was in the forecast but of course I didn't call to accelerate them because I knew they weren't making much on the work. Then lo and behold if they didn't show up anyway literally right before it rained and seal everything up for us!

I wish more companies were like this one, and you know who's getting our first call when we do replace the roof. Thanks A01.

Highly Recommend, very professional. Great communication every step of the process. Made everything seamless and easy, from original survey all the way thru to installation. Did everything they said they were going to do and more. Very happy with process and pricing.

We have had beyond excellent service and exceptional work performed by AO1. Any issues or concerns we have were addressed with haste, professionalism, and were done flawlessly. We had AO1 replace our roof in our home a year ago and also to address issues with our skylights.

Very professional and quite friendly to speak with. Their team arrived on time and did and excellent job.The look of our roof far exceeded my expectations. We were beyond pleased with the company and service we received. I gladly recommend them for their, professionalism, timeliness, quality of work that was done as well as clean up. They even followed up twice with us after the work was completed! I've never been more impressed by a company in regards to their availability to take calls and answer questions regarding upcoming work.
They are in my opinion the best in the business.

We had a great experience with AO1. Prompt, honest, and did the job right. Mark explained all insurance steps and info and was there for all questions. He replied to texts quickly, so we never had to wonder what was going on. The job was done fast and they cleaned up very well. You could barely tell any work was done afte they left. All the left behind was a pretty new roof. We definitely recommend their services.
