I am disappointed with Dr. Iwunze Martins. When a patient comes to see a doctor, they deserve to feel heard and properly cared for. During my visits, I felt that he was always rushing to move on to the next patient rather than taking the time to address my concerns.

I also expected to receive my prescription directly so I could choose the pharmacy I prefer. Patients have the right to decide where they want to fill their prescriptions. Instead, Dr. Martins took my prescription to the clinic's pharmacist without asking for my consent. I did not appreciate that, and I believe patients should always be given a choice.

The pharmacist offering me a discount made the situation even more uncomfortable. This is healthcare, not a clothing store. I value professional service and the freedom to choose my preferred pharmacy. Avoid this place.

I had a great experience at Dunlop Street Medical Centre. I visited as a walk-in patient and was honestly surprised by how fast and smooth the service was. The staff were professional, organized, and respectful of my time.

The doctor took the time to listen carefully and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. Because of this positive experience, I decided to register him as my family doctor.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for efficient, reliable medical care with friendly service.

I recently changed doctors and started to see "Dr. Rita" (Enunwa) at this clinic since last year. She's always friendly, asks questions and seems to genuinely want to help her patients. She doesn't rush, let's you explain your concern and offers helpful next steps. Wait times are reasonable, always accommodating for appointments and pharmacy on site. If you're looking for a new female doctor, schedule a meet & greet as you won't be disappointed.

I so much love going into this clinic! Everyone is so accommodating, all the staffs and the doctors, they are amazing! The ambience is light and vibe feels good. We also didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I’m so happy to set foot in this clinic. 😇😇😇

Walk- ins are scheduled around regular appointments. 3 people before us, total wait time was 2 hours. Clean and new, but need more doctors if you are going to try and do both services.
Pharmacy was quick. They requested Health card, yet, the prescription had the first and last name spelled wrong. Was not impressed. Called back, an apology was given and an opportunity to give them the correct spelling, as was on the Health Card.
