I had a problem with my hearing aids and needed to be sent back to the factory for approximately a week’s repair. My specialist provided me with loaner hearing aids programmed to my hearing aid specification. She also made sure I was satisfied with them and my hearing was good. Excellent service!

I started at this practice years ago and had great experiences with Dr. Price. He put the patient's needs first and his own needs second. Since he stopped practicing this practice has become nothing more than a money hungry corporate machine. They're more focused on themselves than they are the patients. I had an appointment this morning and incidentally I was running late because I ran into an accident on the interstate. I called in and let them know I was going to be late by about 15 minutes. I also had a billing issue and they refused to see me or give me any kind of medical treatment until I resolved that issue. Nevermind that one of the nurses chastised me for being late. After I stormed out of the office because there's no office manager on site to handle issues of any kind I called and spoke to someone in their billing department. At 11:54 a.m. the lady that I was on the phone with with the billing department hung up on me because it was lunch time. She didn't ask if I could call back after lunch or anything polite like that. No she just simply hung up on me. I paid my bill and I will never ever do business with these guys again. They just lost a patient of 15 plus years because they love money more than they love helping people. That's not the legacy the Dr. Price left. 😡😡😡

This was my first visit and I was impressed with the entire staff. From check in to check out was very professional. The Doctor was very compassionate. He really listened to my concerns and gave a thorough examination. He also scheduled me for further tests. Very professional service.

A+ service from this place! Everything was made SO easy. Scheduling was simple. The front desk was great and greeted me with all smiles! They were quick getting me back and the doctor was awesome! I barely had to wait in the room and he had me taken care of with a plan. He explained everything in simple terms. Awesome experience, would definitely recommend!

I’ve had ENT issues all my life. Since moving to NC a year ago I also developed severe asthma so I really needed help! I am so grateful to say that the medical expertise and complete delightfulness of Dr Rayan Kaakati has been exceptional. My case has been a little slow to respond but she always has/had another plan and soon it was (or will be)working. She’s clearly brilliant but so personable, you feel you’ve known her forever. She has the gift of true empathy:she is a total joy.
