Very pleased with the service provided. Technician was through with explaining the problem, required parts and cost. He was honest and also willing to help with other issues. He was able to resolve the refrigerator light problem that GE was not able to fix. We definitely plan on using them for additional service.

The guy came and took the cover off the freezer radiator and it was iced up. He de iced it and said that it would take a couple of hours to get cooler and several hours to get cold. He then told us its possible the control biard had failed and it is no longer available so if it didnt cool down it was a replacement fridge. No change in fridge after 2 hrs. I left it overnight and it is exactly the same. The freezer remained cold.
So I had nothing to loose, I consulted AI and it pointed me to the flap between the freezer and fridge that the cold air passes through to cool the fridge. After taking the cooling off I find it is completely frozen shut. I took a hair dryer and deforsted it myself and voila the fridge is working properly again and I don't need a replacement.
I feel a refund of my $200 plus is in order, but you wont get my business back after this.
