We had an excellent experience from start to finish with HER Roofing! Jana gave us a very detailed walkthrough of our quote for roof and gutters, answering all our questions and explaining the reason for all the materials and recommended repairs. Rich the manager was also fantastic to work with. He called us when they discovered a lack of plywood underneath our old roof and was communicative about when the crew would be on site. Jazmin in the office was also super helpful with communication and logistics. We are so happy with the work and highly recommend working with HER Roofing.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with HER Roofing. The estimate process was thorough to a fault; we learned so much about materials and methods that estimates of other companies seemed inadequate by comparison. There was no question too small; Jana gave each one careful consideration. The installation was smooth, with the site manager on top of details with workers and even our concerns about them working in wet weather. It was a relief to have someone consistently overseeing the daily process and available to answer questions. New roofs are expensive. HER’s estimate was not the highest one we received, but even though we got lower ones, it was clear to us that there was really no other choice. Our roof is awesome. Can’t recommend HERS highly enough.

I love working with Jana and her team. From the very start of the estimate, she’s was professional, knowledgeable and very detailed in her approach. Rich and Austin were also pleasant human beings to work with, not to mention Odalis in the office and the team there. The crew installing the roof were clean, responsible, respectful and detailed. This company is totally honest, thorough, simply the best in the business. I feel very taken cared of. Don’t hesitate and book them. It’s worth the wait if you have to.

Quick and efficient roof repair service.Jana and The workers were polite and took the time to explain the issue and solution. They replaced the damaged shingles, fixed the flashing, and made sure the entire roof was in good condition. Highly reliable and trustworthy.
