I think I learned more with this refresher course than I have on any previous CPR training. I would probably rate this closer to a 4.7 or 4.8 but you can't split stars. The only negative thing about the experience was that it felt very isolated. The online training was good, I thought it would help expedite the hands-on training, but when I showed up to the hands-on training it was just me, no class, no instructor, just two manikins, a computer, and a ring camera. I will say that I did have interaction with staff and could have called with any questions, but it's still not quite like having a physical instructor. The feedback features on the manikins were helpful though: flow rate, compression length and depth, etc.. Overall, a very positive experience.
