My family had been going there for a moment (family of 5). The doctor and staff were always friendly and we loved the cleanliness of the space.
Once they did a panoramic xray on me with no protection vest. When I asked the young lady afterall she said in a very low voice she forgot. I didn’t make a big deal out of it because I know we are imperfect humans and she was sweet.
On my last appointment I reached out a fews days before to confirm the date since it had been scheduled 6months age . On the day of I showed up with my excited 6year old for her and my cleaning only to be told they can’t find it and then dug more and told me it was canceled. My presence seemed like a nuisance and I definitely didn’t want to cause a scene as the way she handled the delivery already had all patients looking at me. As I walked out I could tell she was still talking about it and I’m sure not taking accountability. I had to explain to my disappointed daughter why she couldn’t do the cleaning she had been waiting for as all my kids loved the experience that always ended with picking an item out of their treasure box. I did not leave a review although I was extremely upset. Months later, I received a reminder text that our cleaning is past due and to reply. Note this is not a Y/N type reply, they receive full texts. I replied explaining my frustration and no one reached out at all. A week later, they sent another reminder for my other 2kids are due for cleaning. I am posting here now because they had the opportunity to make it right and treat me like a valued customer twice and failed to do so.

i can’t say enough good things about rise dentistry. i called for a consultation to remove my wisdom teeth. i was extremely embarrassed about the state of them but Dr. Sorathia was nothing but kind. he is extremely approachable and never made me feel bad. they managed to get me booked with the surgeon very promptly. one week after i’m no longer in pain and i will definitely return for my regular dental work.

I’m so grateful I found Dr. Sorathia and his wonderful staff at Rise Dentistry! From the moment I called, his office was incredibly accommodating and got me in immediately. He was professional, kind, and patient, and he truly understood my dental anxiety. I never felt rushed or pressured and he welcomed all my questions and explained each step of the process so I always knew what was happening. He made sure I understood all of my options, allowing me to make the most informed decision for my care. I left feeling comfortable, informed, and confident about my treatment. I will absolutely be returning to Dr. Sorathia and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough dentist.

I recently visited Rise Dentistry for my dental check-up, and I was utterly blown away by the exceptional service and care provided by Dr. Hasaan Sorathia and his team. From the moment I stepped into their immaculately clean and modern facility, I felt welcomed and at ease.

Dr. Sorathia was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain my dental health, addressing any concerns I had.

I am so happy I found this dental office. The service I received at my first visit was top notch. I was also able to get my checkup, X-rays, fillings and cleaning done same day.

Dr. Sorathia was very attentive, honest and thorough. He didn’t rush through, answered all the questions and explained everything. They really care about their patients and use the latest equipment. The office was clean and spotless. The staff is super nice and made sure I was comfortable.

They are open until 7pm during the week and also open on Saturdays! I highly recommend this office to everyone and I will definitely be coming back, also got an appointment for my kids!
