I had to call about getting our eyes checked for me and my son. I also asked if they took a new care card. They said yes. Which was amazing. The test they did on our eyes was a little different then others. They were supper sweat. They explained the tests. Then as the Dr came in there to finish the eye test. This Dr completely took the time to explain everything down to a T. She even showed us the pics of our eyes. Explained every detail to know about our eyes. Answering every question I had.
You can tell by far. This young lady is an amazing Dr and takes pride in her patients of all ages.

They were so quick, friendly and professional! We dont have insurance at the moment and they helped us by getting 2 glasses with the color changing and scratch resistant for $330! I would recommend them to anyone 💜

Had my eye exam done today and it was a really good experience. The doctor was professional, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process comfortable and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this place if you need an eye exam or new glasses.

Today was my first visit to 20/20 iCare. The office staff were friendly. The eye technician was very nice when doing my scans. Dr. Jessica Carachure was so kind... Very patient... Thorough... And I felt confident in her care. I was in and out in under a half hour. Quick and efficient... Which is what I prefer👍😊

I was able to get an appointment the next day which works perfectly with my busy schedule! Front desk was super kind and helpful. Dr. Hamilton and his assistant were thoughtful, nice and didn’t make me feel rushed. They are out of network for my vision insurance, but I’ll gladly be back because of their service!
