He repeatedly goes above a beyond, showing a personal and professional interest in not just the people that he personally sees, but the parents and loved ones of those offering their support. He is always looking to adapt to his client's needs and schedules, even when obstacles in life may get in the way. I really believe he's helped my son for the better.

I was connected to Deep Eddy Psychotherapy Through a list of covered providers through my insurance. The first therapist I was matched with I was told it is not licensed in a way that is covered by insurance, so I was switched to a second therapist who I was assured was covered. My entire first session with my therapist was going over their fifth mistake before I even had a session which meant she thought I didn’t have insurance and was paying fully out-of-pocket… Then we did a five minute online meditation and I was sent home with the task of figuring out how to get my insurance to cover the hundred dollar plus visit. Oh yeah, they never sent me a welcome email either… And didn’t inform me that there was a door code And did not provide the door code. My therapist seemed nice enough, but trying to replace receptionists and calendar. Coordinators with robots has completely ruined the spirit and soul of this practice

It was tough changing therapist after years with previous provider in Dallas. I try to use referrals for treatment providers, and this was no different. A friend told me of Mark at Deep Eddy and said we might be a good fit. I made the consultation and it went well. Availability didn’t match up in the moment but to my surprise, Mark reached out when availability opened. It was helpful to me for him to have done that, made me feel important that he remembered. We started working together and it’s been the best experience.

Deep Eddy has been such a blessing in my life. I have seen three therapists through the group and each one has been amazing. Dane DeCiero has changed my life and is incredible at what he does. Hannah Springer is also great at what she does. I highly recommend each of them and this company!
