We reached out to a couple of other pool repair companies. Danny and his team came over in a reasonable amount of time, fixed our pool issues quickly and were fairly priced. Highly recommend and appreciate the professionalism.

I had a mixed experience with Fresh Coast Pools. Their pool cleaning, pump installation, and sand change services were great, and I had no complaints there. However, the heater installation was a major issue. I purchased a 300k BTU Pentair heater from Danny for $4,239.99 and paid the Fresh Coast Pools installer $550.00 for the installation. Unfortunately, the installer hooked the new heater up to my old gas line, which drops from 1 inch down to 3/4 of an inch. A 300k BTU unit requires a full 1-inch line to function safely and properly. Because of this improper installation, the igniter kept failing, and Pentair has now completely voided my manufacturer warranty. Fresh Coast Pools and their installer left me with a broken heater, a voided warranty, and a massive out-of-pocket bill to redo the gas line. Great for basic maintenance, but absolutely do not trust them with equipment installations.

I have family members that live at a condo complex. The pool at the complex is serviced by Fresh Coast. Over the last few years there have been issues at the pool and Fresh Coast takes a very long time to address the problems. This summer the complex has contacted them more than a few times about a problem with the pool. The calls don't get answered and when they state they're going to show up, they don't. I know many residents living there are very frustrated with this company. The service from Fresh Coast has been very disappointing.
My advice would be to avoid this company and go with a reputable service that is more reliable and trustworthy.

First-time pool owner here, and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Fresh Coast opened my pool at a very affordable price, they even beat two other quotes by 10-15%. They took off my cover, added chemicals, put on all the jets, turned on all the equipment, primed the pump, started my heater and checked everything for pressure. Then, they showed me step-by-step how to operate the equipment (which they call "pool school") for free.
Nick allowed me to record him so I could remember, Danny fixed my liner that had popped off & add a liner lock. Josh the manager was responsive with all of my questions and scheduling. Overall, an amazing experience. Nowadays it’s hard to find a reputable company that takes the customers as too priority. No A.i. nothing automated, no hidden costs, everything is by real humans who take pride in pools. 5 stars!

We couldn’t be happier with the work Danny and his team did! From start to finish, communication was wonderful, and they were professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in what they do. They replaced our liner, repaired rust spots, replaced washed-out sand beneath the liner, and installed a new skimmer. The transformation is incredible. They left everything clean and tidy, and it truly feels like we have a brand new pool. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work!
