Today, I am hoping this was just an off day at bourbon brothers. Our experience was to say only a one star and pretty poor. Between the dry food, the lack of service and the lack of environment, it was not a good experience. We sat at the bar and the bar tender never asked how our food was, never filled our drinks and barely engaged in conversation. For a Sunday afternoon, the restaurant barely had any customers and I can see why. We had the sliders and the Mac and cheese egg rolls. The sliders were so dry that I had to ask for sauce and the Mac and cheese was ok and the sauce they use was great so I can say that was the only positive about this experience. Pretty disappointing and for 2 appetizers and 2 drinks was 62.00 before tip. Not worth it!! We are totally up for paying more but not when everything was just awful!

Brisket was more of a roast vs a brisket cut. The mac and cheese was great and much better than the brisket. The smoked turkey sandwich was missing smoked flavor. For the price, I would say the quality of food was lacking. Our server was very nice but was not very attentive.

Had my rehearsal dinner here back in 2019. I’ve been very disappointed ever since. The food quality, and portions are honestly very disappointing and unacceptable for the prices here. Service was beyond disappointing both times we have been back since our rehearsal dinner.

Food selection is great, something available for everyone (even picky kids!). The atmosphere was great, and we enjoyed this place. We were in town on vacation and like to eat at places we dont have back home. This was a cool spot!

Took my homesick mother (Gulfport, MS) to Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse and Tavern- Colorado Springs for her birthday and she absolutely loved it!

Smoked buffalo wings (honestly, some of the best wings I've had -- and I've had all of the normal places like O'Furrys!)

Chicken fried steak - was good, but I have certainly had better. I was kicking myself i didnt get the shrimp and grits or the bacon wrapped meatloaf.

Fried okra - really good, I loved that they are lightly coated. A lot of places overdo it.

Not pictured but they were some of the best items we had were the bacon wrapped meatloaf, and the banana pudding (she said it tasted just like it would back home)
