We are so happy with our roof replacement by Baker Home Exteriors. They were courteous, honest and prompt. When they finished the job, their clean up was beyond expectations. My property was spotless. We even let our dog run and play in the yard without fear of rogue nails or debris. I definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new roof.

Having had to replace the roofs on six owned homes in my life, I've become an aficionado, if not an expert. Bakers interaction starting with an inspection by Bart Klarmann, and qoute was informative, inclusive to understand and very fairly priced. My most recent experience in Florida costing $28,000 led me to believe the one received in Fayetteville of $30,000 might not be out of line. The various things to be done, removing and recounting gutters, sleeves around vents that would last as long as the roof, edges to overhang the roof, and ridge vents required by law today were equal. Baker's price was 55% less. Baker's personnel worked with Cape Fear Energy to remove and store my solar panels and coordinated the timing of the project. Their crew was doubled to beat the projected rainfall stripping and roofing in one long day of 12 hours. Crew members spent parts of the day and 100% at the end to clean up and pick up. The supervisor, Benson Mangum was thorough from start to final walk around ensuring my knowledge and satisfaction.
My previous experience led me to be very attentive at every stage. The crew, the company live their moto. Baker services the state of North Carolina, perhaps further.

Exceptional job on window, siding and gutter replacement. Our home is about 30 years old and it was due for some repairs. The back needed new siding and several windows replaced. I also was ready to update gutters which were wider with filters to avoid leaf collection. I was impressed with the thorough planning. Everything literally was measured twice and arrived proper size. They offered a number of price options. I really appreciated how they anticipated replacement of the facia boards given the age of the gutters. No surprises once work started. Job site was kept clean with daily end of day sweeps. FYI my neighbor had used them and was also very pleased.

Baker Home Exteriors replaced our slate roof and they were absolutely excellent. Steven Bartz was professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everything was flawless, and the final result is a truly beautiful roof. We couldn’t be more thrilled and would highly recommend Baker Home Exteriors to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding service.

Baker Roofing Company of Baker Home Exteriors provided excellent sales consulting, management, materials, and skilled installation for the roof covering replacement I needed. The work was completed according to schedule, and the site was treated with the utmost respect, and cleaned thoroughly. The decisions made by the crew when they discovered challenges resulted in quality results, and they addressed my few remaining concerns quickly and effectively. I will call them back if any issues arise because I know that they are capable of resolving individual problems in consideration of the entire structure.
