It's been horrible since Ryan left. Unauthorized charges to my account. No way to contact a site manager. Get Ryan back, or someone like Ryan

I’d use them again! The process of getting a unit was easy and at the price I needed, though my unit was much larger then what I needed it worked out perfectly

If you're looking for the best storage company in Salt Lake City, look no further! I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help, making the entire experience a breeze. The facility is safe and secure, giving me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings are in good hands. Their honesty and trustworthiness truly set them apart from the rest. If you need storage, this is the absolute number one choice! Highly recommend! 🌟

Ryan is a phenomenal manger and provides superior customer service. No matter what questions I had Ryan was willing to answer me. I called Ryan to explain I was unable to rent my unit online. Ryan spent 30 minutes on the phone and help me to rent my storage unit. Ryan emailed everything to me to sign and said I could email everything back. I truly appreciated all Ryan’s patience and kindness with me me throughout this process. It is nice to know there are kind and honest people in this world. I am so glad I left my last storage unit for Granry. Ryan you rock.

I hate to give one star seeing that Gina was responsive in trying to help us, but they only keep two weeks worth of security footage which is practically useless unless you go to your storage space every day. We've had over $4000 worth of musical equipment stolen from this storage space within the first week of getting it. We didn't find out until later in the month, and if somebody actually bothered to check the units on a regular or at least occasional basis, they could've let us know that our storage unit was fully kicked in, opened, and robbed which would've allowed us to review security footage. From the reviews it looks like we weren't the only ones. I hope that the folks at Granary will start implementing a stronger security system, or at least keep their security footage for longer than barely three weeks so that their customers have some form of restitution.
