From initial communication to project completion with all the steps in between, they were professional and worked with integrity. All work was completed as scheduled.

The quoting process was straightforward. They understood exactly what was needed, and the plumbers were professional and easy to work with. They kept the work area clean and orderly.

We noticed drain flies in the basement from time to time and suspected they were caused by the sump pump. We contacted Willem for an inspection, and he quickly diagnosed the issue. He provided a temporary solution while we waited for the cracked tee connecting the main stack serving the sump pump to be fixed. Willem then sent Briggs, the technician, to complete the job. Briggs was very efficient and thorough.

We are extremely happy with the work done, and the cost was very reasonable."

Didn’t use their services however, Will was very accommodating today. We were doing a job and I needed 3 of his vehicles moved up. He completely understood and quickly did it with no attitude. Well mannered employees are hard to find and he was impressive. Thanks again Will!

We had a great experience with Straight Up Mechanical. We had a burst pipe and sent a video clip to Willem. He was able to create a quote right away send send one of his team members to fix it. The work was done really quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommended!

We were renovating our bathroom and we needed help installing our new tub with faucet and shower head. Will did an amazing job! He went above and beyond and even replaced some old copper pipe that was kinked. They have every tool for any job. We have called them multiple times and it’s always great service
