T/A Truck Stop in Jackson, Ohio. Hundreds of regular customers have in the past made this our go-to place to eat. Im sitting here Now on a Sunday after church which used to be full of people, it is a ghost town. No one is here because all the good stuff was removed from the menu.
We came here because the food was NOT like every other place in town. Our server told use that at least 12 couples just got up and left yesterday and that it was the worst Saturday she has ever seen. That affects her income too, once you loose your good help, you no longer have a restuarant. The truckers will stop comming too, because there is a LOVES just 10 minutes down the road. This will most likely our last trip until things change. Your regulars are a lot of your business. Re-think your menu or lock the doors

Found out that this is the franchiser that decided to bring all these new Bojangles to Las Vegas without ANY bone in chicken. Who does that?! The location on Paradise just opened and it’s been empty boots since opening. Nobody wants Bojangles without the actual bone in chicken. It’s too many transplants from the East coast and South to convince customers that chicken strips only is the way to go. Hilarious company decision. You can look on TikTok and see all the complaints and jokes about a “Bos” being in Vegas with no bone in chicken.

Bad Experience nobody wants to hear about it

Went to the new Charley's Cheesesteak on S LV blvd. Tried to contact Charley's corporate, got referred to franchise owner. Called the store, referred me to LV Petroleum. No manager on duty at 2:00 PM on a Monday. Part of the problem? Called LV Petroleum. "Gatekeeper with attitude" said I need to email HR. Would not allow me to speak with someone about the incident.
Good help is hard tot fins these days!
