My dad was sent to Encompass Health from WVU Princeton.

The staff has been absolutely wonderful. Every nurse and staff member went above and beyond to make sure my dad was taken care of. The facility is very clean and well kept. The staff of case managers is second to none. Renee has made sure my dad’s homecoming will be a success. She has set us up with support staff, equipment and after care services.

I was very concerned about his return home but the team of case managers has made me feel comfortable with bringing him home.

I want to thank each and every staff member at Encompass Health.

My Mom has been to Encompass 3 times since 2024. Each stay the therapist, doctors and nursing have given her excellent treatment and she was able to return home to independent living. She is 88 years old. The therapy is top notch so if you are trying to avoid a nursing home environment, this is your place. My husband also received treatment there following a stroke and regained his independence.

For a non hospital, I'm impressed with the kindness, attention and care that the staff provide for the patients. The place smells and looks clean. Room for improvement, I feel that the staff are good for stronger patients but struggles more with challenging patients and in identifying acute issues that may arise with patients.

My mother was there for 21 days and they were so amazing!! The nurses and techs were always so nice and helpful. The therapists were top notch! Mom had a stroke that affected both sides of her body and her speech. After 21 days she can walk on a walker and use one hand and speak like before the stroke. Jackie, Jason, Chyln and Cassidy were her OT, PT and ST and I gotta say they are amazing people and they care for their patients. I’d recommend anyone! 10 out of 10 perfect place.

Everyone treated me and my family so good. Made Accommodations for my mother to be able to stay with me the whole time. The therapist were outstanding and has such a positive attitude to help on them days when I was feeling down. I cannot say enough good things about the stay here.
