A pipe burst upstairs while we were away for the weekend, and we came home to significant water damage throughout part of the house. Thankfully, this restoration company responded immediately and helped prevent the situation from becoming even worse. Their team brought in drying equipment quickly, removed damaged materials carefully, and communicated with us daily throughout the cleanup process. Compared to how chaotic we expected everything to feel, they stayed calm, organized, and reassuring during a stressful situation. The repairs blended seamlessly with the original finishes, and you honestly wouldn’t know damage had ever occurred. We’re extremely grateful for how efficiently they handled everything.

I cannot say enough great things about this company and what they stand for. From start to finish, Lloyd and his team were nothing but professional and informative. Their passion for what they do truly shows in their work. They were timely, clean, respectful, and personable. We truly appreciate everything they did for our family in our time of crisis. If anyone should earn your business, it’s these guys!

I can't say enough good things about LLoyd and Power Pro Remediation LLC. It's never a fun experience to have to NEED these services but they were very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job with our house. I would recommend them to anyone who was in need of mold remediation!

Lloyd and his team did a great job with the shower leak restoration project at my home. Not only was the job completed quickly and the space left immaculate, Lloyd and Christina continued to assist with the insurance claim request and paperwork well after the restoration project was complete. This entire event was a process that I was unfamiliar with and thanks to PPR I was able to get through all of it from start to finish with ease and support. PPR stands by their promise to be with you and assist each step of the way. Highly recommend using this company for any restoration needs.
