We had been dealing with a very frustrating AC issue for years. During extremely hot weather, after a few hours of continuous cooling, our system would stop blowing cold air. At the time, we had a home warranty company send out technicians three separate times, but nobody was able to properly diagnose or fix the problem.

The first technician replaced a component, but because the outside temperature dropped afterward, we couldn’t fully test whether the repair worked. Unfortunately, it didn’t. The second technician insisted our system was simply too small for the house, refused to answer my questions, and walked away from the job entirely. The third visit was with the original technician again, but since the weather had cooled down, he couldn’t recreate the issue and no solution was found. To make matters worse, the warranty company later removed our AC coverage from the policy without even asking us.
