I watched this shop install a steer tire on the LRO and LFO position with tread depth of 15 mm, next to to drive tires installed on LRI and LFI positions with 25 mm tread depth. Then the tech would not fix it when I told him that this was completely unsafe and wrong instead he drove off without even notifying the driver that he was leaving. Going through this company is asking for them to cause an unsafe and hazardous drive I would suggest nobody use this service. I Mean seriously

I don't care if I had to pay for this service or not, that's just downright uncool, unsafe, up charged, etc (I mean should I go one).

Would you let them do this? Cause they did and then just bailed.

They got on my issues super fast and had me in and out. They were honest and didnt try to rake me over the coals.

I was here on August 3rd.
Stopped in for a steering wheel rotation.
I really liked the location. The guys were polite and knew what they were doing. This was the first tire shop in the US in many years where the workers cleaned the studs and wheel rims with a wire brush, which I appreciated because I'm very meticulous about my truck.
Polite, caring, and fast. I recommend it.
P.S.: It's a shame they don't offer wheel alignment. I'd love to have all my wheels replaced and receive the associated services here. But that's a question for management, not the guys who work here.
