Cityscape Landing Plaza is okay overall. It can get very crowded, and a lot of people seem to stop in the middle of the road which makes driving through the area frustrating. Parking is also difficult, especially with the ongoing construction and how tightly packed everything feels.
That said, there are plenty of great spots for food, shopping, and accessories, which makes it worth visiting if you are patient. Overall, I would give it three stars because it is not bad, but it is not great either
