I'll surely never visit this business again. Both of the employees gave off negative vibes and offered me an insulting amount of money for my items. I left with less than half of what I originally thought was a fair asking price. They could not even offer an extra five or ten bucks - acting like they were giving up an arm or leg. I have visited businesses that are far less greedy and stingy with their annoying practices and rules. They will probably go out of business one day, and it would be deservedly so. What a joke.

Took a baggie of vintage silver and costume jewelry in to determine what we had, what it was worth, etc. Christian was professional, polite, and respectful, as we were going through each and every piece. The store was laid out well, clean, and I ended up buying one very nicely priced turquoise ring.

List ppl, the best shop around. Great customer service friendly atmosphere. The happiest faces I'll see. When u goin ask for Christian. He personally helped me get the best for my buck. He is one that once u met him. Ul never forget him. He'll be remembered for the rest of my life cuz he sold me my first firearm.. Unlike Money Mike... Who took my money for down payment and not even 24 hrs he broke him work and renegade on the dral

I sold some tools to them to thin out my dad’s tool shed. Excellent service! Fair prices highly recommended!

If you’re in the Phoenix area and have any pawn needs, I highly recommend B&B Pawn. Ask for Christian — he gives you a straight-up price with no runaround, no hidden handling, and great customer service. Super smooth experience every time.
