I’ve been using this company for the past 2–3 years, and up until recently things were fine. However, over the last few weeks the quality of service declined significantly.

The pool was not being properly vacuumed or brushed, with debris and buildup left behind—even immediately after service. I documented this and brought it to their attention with photos.

Instead of addressing the issue or offering a solution, they chose to cancel service and claimed there were “multiple issues with the pool.” At no point were these issues communicated to me beforehand, nor was there any attempt to recommend corrective work or discuss adjusting pricing if additional effort was needed.

Photos attached show the condition of the pool immediately after service and the following day.

Very disappointing experience after being a long-time customer. I would have preferred transparency and a chance to resolve the issue rather than having service abruptly cancelled. Not how you treat a loyal customer.

My concern was not the level of difficulty, but the lack of communication and the condition of the pool after service, as shown in the photos. These concerns were raised prior to cancellation, but were not addressed.

While I understand surrounding landscaping can impact maintenance, the condition of the pool immediately after service did not reflect a properly completed cleaning.

Had this been communicated earlier, I would have been open to additional work or adjusted pricing. Instead, service was cancelled without any attempt to resolve the issue.

Aqua Answers is a fantastic pool company. We’ve used them for years to clean our pool and have never had an issue. Our pool is always well taken care of.
We just hired them to resurface our pool, replace all tile including tile on a waterfall wall, and add a water auto fill system.
Trevor and his team did a phenomenal job and the work was completed in a little over a week. The crew is very hard working and pays attention to detail. Trevor met us at a pool company for tile selection and was very helpful in ensuring we got the best options for our pool.
I highly recommend them for any type of pool installation or service. Their weekly cleaning service is the best we’ve ever experienced.

Aqua Answers was fabulous. They started Friday and completed the next Thursday. Pool resurfacing, tile replacement and cool decking. Love the results and the price. Highly recommend!!!
