Although I ultimately chose another company for my project, I had a very positive experience with Steve Meyrie at Pride Air during the estimate process. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to come out and provide a clear quote.

My final decision was based primarily on the overall package. I needed both my air-conditioning system and water heater replaced, along with 24-month interest-free financing. Another local A/C Company was able to provide everything I needed at a significantly lower total price.

I truly appreciated Steve's time, professionalism, and courteous service, and I would still recommend giving them an opportunity to provide an estimate.

We just had an A/C unit, a Water Heater and a Microwave replaced by Pride...the 5 technicians doing all this work were wonderful. Kind, experienced, everything cleaned up by them.
It was a very pleasant experience.
Fair pricing and Great work! Ty Shane for making it all happen all I had to do was pay the bills...LOL

I have Pride contracts at my personal residence as well as 2 rental properties. I have called on them 4 times over the past year. They were prompt, and in all cases repaired the issue with no additional charges. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had Pride for over 10 years. Their maintenance program is excellent. Always easy to get an appointment on line or call. Excellent customer service.Our a/c needed replacement. I did some research, and called Pride. Their price was very fair and they installed in one day. Their sales and techs were professional and knowledgeable. As President of a large neighborhood, I have recommended Pride to many owners who also were very happy.
My dryer went out, Pride sent Fred the service tech the next day, Fred was professional caring and excellent. Said it was the element which was great that I did not need a new dryer. The part was ordered and, in a few days, Pride sent Ian to install the element. Same professional and caring. I recommend Pride as they are excellent.

I have used Pride since 2016 at several different locations. I have had two air conditioners replaced, had my vents cleaned, and plumbing services. I have had no issues getting service and no issues with the service. I would like to commend Evanson, the plumber who came to my home twice, as he did a great job both times. If I ever have other plumbing issues I will request that Evanson service them.

We have been working with Missy for a few years and she has always helped us efficiently and is great customer service. Since we are not full-time residence here, she always makes sure our needs are met when we are here.

Mike, our service tech Has been servicing our units for a few years now we always request him when it’s time for our annual maintenances.

I want to comment Pride for their outstanding expertise.
The representative is so helpful and friendly whenever I have a problem.
She goes out of her way to make the process of getting an appliance repair for AC maintenance easy.
She also helps to make it affordable.
The technicians are so knowledgeable .
You couldn't ask for a more qualified company to deal with when you have a problem. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Pride for 13 years. Having worked in appliance and HVAC service business myself, I understand the challanges the service industry has. Pride has always displayed the highest scores in customer satisfaction to me, from the customer service rep, to the techs that do the repair work. There are alot of service providers out there, but rest assure, you will be treated fairly and quickly. Pride also replaced my central air, and water heater over the years. You can trust these folks
